Upon arrival in Warsaw, have a half-day city sightseeing tour to get acquainted with the history of Poland’s Capital. See the historical sights of Warsaw’s Old Town – view the Ghetto memorial, the Monuments of Warsaw uprising, the Tomb of unknown SoldierChopin’s Monument and the Belvedere Palace. Visit St. John’s Cathedral (UNESCO listed) and the Lazienki Royal Palace and Park. Then transfer to hotel for check in, dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 16 WARSAW / ZELAZOWA WOLA / PLOCK / NIEPOKALANOW / WARSAW

After breakfast, have a full-day guided tour of Zelazowa Wola, Plock and Niepokalanow. Drive first to Zelazowa Wola, a village on the Ultrata River, about 50 km from Warsaw. Outside view only of the Chopin family’s former manor-house which is now a museum with interiors in the style of the times (Chopin’s birthplace is closed every Monday). Then move on to Plock to visit the Divine Mercy Sanctuary with the paintingJesus I Trust In You. Continue to Niepokalanow for visit to the Franciscan Monastery and also the Basilica of St. Mary Immaculate. Drive back to Warsaw. Have a dinner at an international restaurant. Then transfer back to hotel for overnight.

 

SEPT 17 WARSAW / CZESTOCHOWA /

AUSCHWITZ-BIRKENAU / CRACOW

After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, have the captivating scenery unfolds before you on your long distance drive to Czestochowa. Visit Black Madonna (Jasna Gora) Monastery which stood the onslaught of the Swedish forces during the religious wars of the 17th century. Today, it has become a pilgrimage site for devotees all over the world, who venerate the icon of the Black Madonna, believed to have been painted by St. Luke. Drive to Auschwitz and have a half-day guided tour to visit the Auschwitz & Birkenau concentration camps (please do not bring bags inside the camps). Then have a long distance transfer to Cracow, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Central Europe. Transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 18 CRACOW / WADOWICE / CRACOW

After breakfast, transfer to Wadowice to visit Pope John Paul’s birthplace. Then have a guided city sightseeing tour of Cracow which includes the Warwick Hill, the Wawel Castle state rooms, the former residence of Polish Kings and the Wawel Cathedral (UNESCO listed). See the Gothic of St. Mary’s Church built in the 14th century. Visit also the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, where Sister Faustina, the originator of the 3 O’clock Habit, died while serving as a nun. This is also known as the Sister Faustina Convent. Dinner at an international restaurant then back to hotel for overnight.

 

SEPT 19 CRAKOW / PARNDORF /

VIENNA-VOSENDORF

After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, have a long distance drive to Parndorf in Austria. Have some free time at leisure and shopping at McArthur Glen Outlet. Drive to Vienna-Vosendorf. Transfer to hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 20 VIENNA

Breakfast at the hotel. Have a half-day guided tour of Vienna to visit St. Stephan’s Cathedral. Have a Grand Tour at Schoenbrunn Palace. Rest of the time is free at leisure before going back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

 

SEPT 21 VIENNA / PRAGUE

After breakfast and check-out, we will have a long distance transfer to Prague. Upon arrival in Prague, have some free time after transfer to hotel for check-in. Have dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

SEPT 22 PRAGUE / PRIBRAM / PRAGUE

After breakfast, transfer to Pribram to have a guided tour to visit Svata Hora (Holy Mountain), a mining silver town where the Marian Pilgrimage sight of the Madonna and Child has continuously attracted thousands of pilgrims yearly. Then return to Prague and have a half-day guided tour which includes: Prague Castle (UNESCO listed), the enormous St. Vitus Cathedral with its glided grand chapels studded with semiprecious stones; the Old Royal Palace, the Prague Castle, the Basilica of St. George; the Daliborka Tower and the Golden Lane. Visit also the Church of Our Lady of the Victory, which houses the image of Sto. Nino Del Praga. See also the Old Town SquareAstronomical clock, The Dancing House, Charles Bridge and National Theater. Have dinner at a Chinese restaurant before transfer to hotel for overnight.

 

SEPT 23 PRAGUE / SCHWANDORF / FRANKFURT

Breakfast and check-out. Have a long distance drive to Frankfurt via Schwandorf. Check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 24 FRANKFURT / PARIS

After breakfast and check-out, have a city orientation drive of Frankfurt.  Continue for a long distance transfer to Paris. Check-in, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

SEPT 25 PARIS / VERSAILLES / LISIEUX

After breakfast and check-out, we will drive to Versailles. Have a guided tour to visit the Palace of Versailles, Trianon Palace, and Marie Antoinette’s Estate. See the Musical Fountain Show and Musical Gardens. Then continue for a long distance drive to Lisieux. Transfer to hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 26 LISIEUX / PARIS

Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Have a guided tour to visit the Holy sites of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, which includes St. Therese House (the Maison Buissonet) and the Chapelle de Sainte Therese in Lisieux. Drive back to Paris. Transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 27 PARIS / LOURDES (via TGV train)

After an early breakfast and check-out at the hotel, we will transfer to Paris train station to take a 2nd class TGV train going to Lourdes. Rest of the time is free at leisure. Transfer to hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 28 LOURDES

Breakfast at the hotel. Concelebrate Mass at the Grotto of Lourdes. Then we’ll have a half-day tour on foot to the Sanctuaries in Lourdes. Walk the Way of the Cross, pray the rosary, drink the Holy Water, visit the Miraculous baths (if open) at your free time in the afternoon. You may also join the pilgrims around the world for a torch light procession and Rosary in the evening. Have dinner and overnight at hotel.

 

SEPT 29 LOURDES / PARIS (train) 

After an early breakfast and check-out at the hotel, we will transfer to Lourdes train station to take a 2nd class TGV train going to Paris. Rest of the time is free at leisure (no coach provided). Transfer to hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.

 

SEPT 30  PARIS / MANILA

After breakfast and check-out, have a full-day guided tour of Paris that includes photo stop at the famous Eiffel Tower, view of Place De Concorde, Arc De Triomphe, Les Invalides, Louvre Museum and Champs Elysees. Visit to the Chapelle De La Medaille Miraculeuse (St. Catherine) and St. Vincent De Paul Church to see the incorruptible body of St. Catherine Laboure and the heart of St. Vincent de Paul. Continue by visiting the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Sacre Coeur. Transfer to Paris airport for flight back to Manila.
