Itinerary
Day 1 :
SEP 30 MANILA / LOS ANGELES
Check-in at NAIA at 0700hrs. Depart Manila to Los Angeles, USA (if via Philippine Airlines flight). Please take note that airfare from Manila is not included in the package quoted in this offer.
Day 2 :
SEP 30 LOS ANGELES (-/B/D)
Arrival in Los Angeles in the morning. Have lunch at a local restaurant before transferring to the hotel for check-in. Rest of the time is free on your own leisure (no coach provided during free time). Have dinner at a Chinese restaurant, back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3 :
OCT 01 LOS ANGELES / MEXICO (B/-/D)
Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to Los Angeles airport for your flight to Mexico. Upon arrival in Mexico late in the afternoon, we will transfer to the hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.
Day 4 :
OCT 02 CUERNAVACA / TAXCO / MEXICO CITY (B/L/D)
Make an early departure for Cuernavaca after breakfast. See the Cuernavaca Cathedral, the Zocalo and the Cortes Palace. Continue to Taxco, also known as the Silver Town. Visit the Church of Santa Prisca. See also the Taxco market and bazaar. Then have some leisure time to wander around the cobbled-stoned colonial streets. Drive back to Mexico City. Have dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5 :
OCT 03 GUADALUPE (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the new and old Shrine of Guadalupe to see the sanctuary and celebrate private Mass. Visit the garden, and Baptismal site of San Diego, the Church of Santiago Apostol and the Tlateloco. Rest of the time is free for private devotion and some souvenir shopping in the area. Have dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6 :
OCT 04 CAYOACAN / XOCHIMILCO (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will explore the south of Mexico City visiting Coyoacan, a bohemian district of Mexico City known for its cobbled streets and colonial architecture. Here, we will have our private Mass. We will visit the Museum of Frida Khalo. Afterwards, we will drive to Xochimilco to have a one-hour boat ride on the Trajinera with Mexican snacks. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 :
OCT 05 TLAXCALA / OCOTLAN / PUEBLA (B/L/D)
Breakfast and check-out at the hotel. Make an early departure to Tlaxcala. Visit the Shrine of San Miguel del Milagro where you will find and get the miraculous water that sprang from a well created by Archangel Miguel. Have a short visit to the former Franciscan Monastery in Tlaxcala. Visit also the Church of Our Lady of Nativity, Church of San Francisco and the Shrine of Our Lady of Ocotlan. Continue to Puebla - considered to be a human heritage by UNESCO. Transfer to the hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.
Day 8 :
OCT 06 PUEBLA / TONANTZINTLA- ACATEPEC / CHOLULA / PUEBLA (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Cholula to visit the Archaelogical site. See the largest pyramid in Mesoamerica and the new excavations and continue towards Santa Maria Tonantzintla, a beautiful church with Indian decorations. Then return to Puebla de los Angeles to visit the Church of Nuestra Senora de los Remedios, Talavera Workshop, St. Dominic Church, Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Church of St. Francis of Assisi. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 9 :
OCT 07 PUEBLA / MEXICO (B/L/D)
After breakfast and check-out at the hotel, visit the Zocalo and the Cathedral of Puebla. Drive back to Mexico. Transfer to the hotel for check-in, dinner and overnight.
Day 10 :
OCT 08 MEXICO / TEOTIHUACAN / MEXICO (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will visit the most important archeological zone in Mexico City, Teotihuacan. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Centre and a vast Mexican archeological complex northeast of Mexico City. You will see here the Pyramid of the Moon and the Pyramid of the Sun. After that, we will have lunch then private Mass. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 11 :
OCT 09 MEXICO / LOS ANGELES (B/L/-)
After breakfast and check-out, we will again visit the Shrine of Guadalupe. Celebrate private Mass. Rest of the time is free for private devotion and last-minute shopping. Transfer to Mexico City Airport to catch your flight to Los Angeles (if via Philippine Airlines flight). Enjoy your inflight dinner. Upon arrival in Los Angeles late in the evening, transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight. Dinner will be on your own account due to late arrival in Los Angeles.
Day 12 :
OCT 10 LOS ANGELES / MANILA (B/-/-)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Check-out before 1100 hours. Have the full day on your own leisure (no coach provided during free time). Transfer to Los Angeles airport to catch your flight back to Manila. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own account. Please take note that airfare from Los Angeles is not included in the package quoted in this offer.
Day 13 :
OCT 12 MANILA
